Cosy apartments with wellness area on the Alpe di Siusi
The spacious apartments of our alpine hut are lovingly furnished in typical Tyrolean style and have all the amenities needed for your unique mountain holiday.
Apartment A offers a wonderful view to Sasso Piatto, while Apartment B looks out towards Sciliar.
Both apartments are 42 m² in size and offer space for 2-4 people.
They are equipped with:
- A bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV
- A modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bidet
- A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine available)
- Living room with a cosy sofa bed
- Under floor heating, warm water and electricity are included
- Free WiFi
- Bed linen and bathrobes are provided

- Ski storage room with ski boot dryer
- Terrace, deck chairs and umbrellas

High season:
€160 - €215 for 2 people
The prices are for 2 people per day. For each additional person we charge an extra fee of €35 per day.
Children occupying their own room or second bed pay full price
Arrival and departure
Our apartments are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 am on the day of departure.
Booking
Bookings are only binding once a deposit has been paid for confirmation.
Dogs
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.
Local tax
A local tax of €2.50 per person per day is not included in the price. This must be paid extra during your vacation. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Cancellation
With a binding reservation you accept the cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
In case of a written cancellation:
Apartment Mooshütte nevertheless grants its own guests the possibility of trip cancellation under the following conditions:
- In the event of cancellation regardless of the time of the written cancellation, we will retain the deposit for confirmation (Art. 1385 ZGB).
- Up to 90 days before the day of arrival we charge 60% of the agreed total price minus the deposit for confirmation.
- Up to 70 days before the day of arrival we charge 70% of the agreed total price minus the deposit for confirmation.
- No longer possible from 50 days before the day of arrival, so that 100% of the booking value will be charged to the guest.
- If you do not show up, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged minus the deposit for confirmation.
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate will be charged for each unused day.
- The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled accommodation is rented out again, in whole or in part.

Something could always come up ... to avoid possible cancellation fees we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay the invoice in cash or by cheque the day before departure. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we ask you to arrange this before your arrival.
Access
We would like to inform you that you are only allowed to drive to and from the hut with your car during arrival and departure day without restrictions. Throughout your stay you have the possibility to drive the distance from our hut to Compaccio before 10.00 am and after 5 pm. Within 10.00 am to 5.00 pm private traffic on the protected nature reserve Alpe di Siusi is prohibited.
