Our wellness area invites you to relax after a varied day on the Alpe di Siusi.

Our newly built wellness area has everything you need for a successful sauna session: an infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna, a comfortable relaxation room and a small tea corner. What could be nicer than deeply relaxing in the soothing warmth after skiing or hiking? The gentle and effective infrared radiation of our infrared cabin relieves tension and helps to alleviate back pain. It also strengthens the immune system and has a positive effect on the treatment of skin diseases. The Finnish sauna even helps to relax the muscles, as well as stimulating the circulatory system and metabolism. But a sauna session doesn’t only have a positive effect on the body: sauna is real medicine for the soul. We will be happy to switch our saunas on for you upon request.
